Subject: We are having an identity crisis here
Dear Mr. Famler,
I consider myself a very intelligent woman but I am having a problem
comprehending this matter.
First, I receive an email from "JAME", signed by you (Richard Famler),
apparently of the "James Hugh & Co. Law firm".
Next, I receive an email from "Fredy Wace", signed by you (Richard
Famler), apparently of the "Richard Famler & Co. Law Firm".
Last, with all of these names, I STILL have no idea of the identity of
my late uncle!
Please, until we get these issues straightened out, I certainly cannot
provide you with the documentation you require.
I shall await your prompt response.

Subject: Williams Sankoh
Dear Mr. Famler,
I know that Mr. Sankoh has instructed me not to contact you further
before the meeting but to be honest, I'm beginning to distrust Mr.
Sankoh very much.
I've already wired you and Barrister Sankoh a considerable amount of
money and now Mr. Sankoh is being very unrealistic and increasingly
uncooperative with me. I feel that I must inform you directly that my
patience is wearing very thin and that this transaction is in
jeopardy. And contrary to what Mr. Sankoh may tell you, I remain
committed to the success of this transaction. It is, after all, my
money. However, the meeting must be on my terms. Therefore:
1) The meeting will take place in Amsterdam as originally agreed to.
2) I can bring only $7,000 in cash, the remaining $10,500 will be in
travelers checks.
3) I will choose the hotel at which I will be staying.
4) I will choose the location of the initial meeting (not at my hotel).
5) I will NOT deal with Mr. Sankoh alone in Amsterdam. I must meet
with YOU first.
6) I will require photos of anyone I'm meeting with to avoid a case of
mistaken identity.
If you and Mr. Sankoh cannot agree to these terms as well as any other
reasonable terms that I may require you to agree to from time to time
then I regret that I must deem this whole affair a waste of time and
demand a refund of the monies which I have already invested in this
deal.
I'm sorry if I sound a little harsh. I don't mean to offend you. I'm
sure that you trust Mr. Sankoh to represent your best interests. But,
frankly, Mr. Famler, I've pretty well had enough of Barrister Sankoh
and his pettiness.
I expect your immediate reply and I thank you in advance for your
cooperation regarding my terms outlined above.
Respectfully submitted,
--
