You may require all of those things to obtain a work visa but not a tourist visa. This is why I suggested that you get a tourist visa for the sake of traveling here. Once you are here in New York, we will take the necessary steps to get you your work visa. We will cover the costs of all of these tests once you are here.
As I said earlier, we will also cover the cost of your air fare. No problem. But we want you to be prepared to travel before we worry about purchasing plane tickets.
I will instruct Fonda to get the release to you in a form that you can download.

I see that you have thoroughly read the Memorandum of Understanding. That's good. Now, let me address your concerns.

Client 9 is our legal representative, Eliot Spitzer. He is not only our attorney, he is also a client. This is made clear in the MOU simply to provide full disclosure.

No, you do not require a sex change operation. In fact, a sex change operation is specifically forbidden while you are under contract with us. If you choose to change your gender from a woman to a man while under contract with us, we reserve the right to sue. Wadd Bros. Productions does not have the authority to make you an American citizen. However, we can certainly assist you with that if becoming an American citizen is what you desire. If you need more details on this, please let me know.
The contract is valid for three years, after which it shall be automatically renewed. However, if either party wishes to terminate the contract after three years, either party may do so simply by giving notice. Please note that Wadd Bros. Productions has never felt it necessary to terminate anyone's contract.

You will NOT be responsible for paying back the expenditures that we spend on you. We consider it an investment on our part and you will not be required to pay this amount back. This is only an estimate that we expect to spend on you during the first few months.

You will begin receiving full pay for everything that you do. That is, if you are cast in a role, you will be paid. While we do not have a training period as you describe it, your roles will be minor at first, but you shall be paid in full for everything you do.

Your breasts look just fine. It is only something that we put in all MOU's. You should not be concerned. However, we still may require you to submit yourself to our makeover team. They can do quite a good job on you. But, don't worry about surgery.

Dear Sir,
After replying your last email in the afternoon I went to my travelling agent.luckly he gave me some very important piece of advice. I am believeing that he may be right.but i want you to see it from your own point of view.I realy believe him and i believe you too...
He said that what I have is a virgin passport with me.He is saying that I have never travelled abroad before,therefore it is very important that I must buy my ticket in Nigeria otherwise it will be impossible for me to cross to departure.unless I sort them out from my nose.otherwise I should have to think twice.
He said that I did not present an invitation letter from my invitee,I did not obtain my visa from American embassy in Nigeria and lastly, I may not present my personal documents to imigration agencies for thorough investigation.He said that I should let you know all of these so that you can shed light on it.
Now i am astonished,Is what he is saying right.is he making sence at all? I am confused already...I cannot afford not to leave without you.He said, how can the relevant agency know how to trace my whereabout in America in the case of emagency? Although I didnt show him the mou.but he ask, Am i sure that I wont meet something else when i get there.like being mistreated...
