Dear Dick Heyd,
Thank you for your mail and your perfect understanding.
I'm also happy to hear from you that you are trying to come to a compromise
with Mr.Wilson, infact Mr.Heyd for some couple of days now I have been having
sleepless nights after going through one of your previous mails concerning
the arguement with Mr.Wilson on the procedure of meeting between you.I was
deeply concern because if you fail to resolve this matter amicablely, that
means there will be no claim as you said.
Could I ask you for this favour, please try to consider your position and by
condition of health, and the entire transaction and the effect on my side and
let go certain issues on how you are going to meet in Amsterdam.I believe
that if it's easier for Mr.Wilson he would have taken to your own
conditions, but now the verse is the case what do we do?The more the
consignment stays with them the more money I pay. Please for my sake try to
accept their conditions so that we can conclude this transaction once and
for all for the benefit of you and I.
I have been keeping this matter in my mind because I did not want to bother
you because you have the right to your decisions, especially when your
personal security is involved. On the other side I do not think that
Mr.Wilson could be too loose to ignor to secure a quality and safe hotel
reservation for you, basically this matter should be top on their agenda
before you arrive Amsterdam, not debating about it.
I plead with you Mr.Heyd that for my sake and that of the transaction,do
find somewhere in your heart to make amendment so that we can conclude this
matter on your trip.
Still hope to hear from you.
Mrs.Maryam Abacha.

Dear Maryam,
It appears I'm way ahead of you. My wife, Givin, and I arrived in
Amsterdam at 15:30 this afternoon. We have been busy since our arrival
but we had time to do a bit of sight-seeing.
I just received your email now as we just got back to our hotel. I
will call Mr. Wilson early in the morning.
I will keep you informed as to our meeting tomorrow.
Warm regards,

Dear Mrs.Abacha,
I am in Amsterdam. I have tried to assist you. Unfortunately, your
friend Mr. Wilson has not seen fit to pick me up at my hotel as
promised. He insists that he meet me in my room.
I have already made it clear that I will not do this. Mr. Wilson's
actions today have made me very suspicious. He now refuses to meet me
outside my hotel.
It seems that I have traveled to Europe to be abused by Wilson.
I have had enough of this man already.
I suggest that either you get someone else to meet with me by tomorrow
or I shall return home and respectfully request that you return to me
the $7500 that I have already invested.
I anxiously await your reply.

I will be returning to the US tonight. I have contacted George Mbeki

Dear Dick Heyd,
Sorry for my silence.I have not been feeling fine for some days now.
Honestly speaking I broke down and was rushed to the hospital, just managed
to check my mail just saw your mails.I hope I did write you before you
departed to Amsterdam but was knocked down by a serious attack as a result
of my BP.
I have read all your mails but I must say that it's not fair enough to have
left U.S.to Amsterdam without concluding the transaction you went there
for,it does not show maturity in business on your side.Mr.Wilson has equally
explained the drama between you and him but I just wonder why you should not
follow a common procedure from the Security Company, if actually you have
gone to Amsterdam to claim the consignment as you preached. Why did you find
it very difficult to release the telephone number of the hotel you lodged in
Amsterdam?because Wilson said you were very difficult to handle and they
suspected that you might have a secret agenda about the whole claim since
they are there to guide my consignment.
Did you arrange with Mr.Wilson that you would come with your wife?
My dear, please do not bother my life any more since you did not go to
Amsterdam to claim my consignment, rather you were there to look for who to
implicate. If you had succeeded in your plans I would end up loosing the
whole money.I taught you are a friend and a good businessman but i never
knew that you had a different agenda away from the consignment you have gone
to claim on my behalf. WHY????????????
If you are truly in Amsterdam to claim the consignment, you should follow all
the instruction Mr.Wilson has been given to you,or you can forget all about
the claim.I'm happy to hear that you have contacted Mr.Mbeki to return the
money he collected from you,I believe if he gives you the money I will be
free and my consignment will be free too until such a time I will find a new
trusted and reliable partner.
I hope your $22,500.00 is still intact with you?
Goodbye.

Dear Maryam,
First of all, I had no problem giving Wilson the hotel's telephone
number. I did not have it with me when I phoned him.
Also, I had already informed Wilson that I was enlisting the aid of an
'assistant', primarily to help me bring $20,000 in cash out of the US.
And anyway, what business is it of Wilson's who I choose to travel
with?
Of course, I became very suspicious of Wilson and his motives when it
became apparent that Premium Securities is not a tenant in the Atlas
Complex at Hoogoorddreef 29 in Amsterdam. I found this out even before
I departed for Amsterdam and verified it upon my arrival. Wilson
simply lied to me.
I am not the one with the agenda, Maryam. I'm still trying to figure
out what Wilson's agenda is.
Mr. Wilson actually did send someone to my hotel to look for me, a young couple who watched the front of the hotel intently while making a considerable number of telephone calls.
For your information, the $22,500 is still with us, still intact.

Dear Dick Heyd,
How are you doing?
Thank you for your email and your explanations.
Mr Heyd,I must be very honest to you that I'm totally CONFUSED with the
situation of things right now,I really do not know what to do and who to
believe in this whole thing.Yesterday Mr.Wilson informed me that you never
came to Amsterdam that was why you were relunctant to give them the phone
number of the hotel when they demanded it from you, rather you called them
with a foreign number.
My dear Dick, you see why I never wanted you to communicate with Mr.Mbeki
again about this transaction,I got a mail from him saying all sort of things
that the 7,500 he collected from you can never be return to you again
because he has used it to run his personal problems. He insulted me and
called me all sort of names. My happiness in this case is that he is fighting
a loose battle unless you want to do another business with him but surely
not mine.I must tell you to be very careful with him so that you do not give
him any money again because I have observed that he is very tricky kind of
person and I must make sure that they expel him from Global Security.I have
forwarded the mail he sent to me to Global Security London for their update.
Now Mr.Heyd, what do you advise me to do in this matter and how do you intend
clearing the consignment again??? Please I need you advise.
I have to warn you that you should stop communication with Mr.Mbeki any more
because I have also observed that he is influencing you in this
transaction, they earlier you avoid him the better for you and I.Never let
him know that I have told you about the mail he sent to me because if you do
I believe he will write me again to inform me.
Please suggest a possible way out for the claim before I can contact the
Global Security London for their advise.

Dear Maryam,
Thank you for your email. I hope your health is improving.
Frankly, I don't know what to suggest. I do know for a fact that
Edmond Wilson lied to us about Premium Securities. As I mentioned
previously, there is no firm by the name of Premium Securities in the
Atlas Complex at Hoogoorddreef 29 in Amsterdam. Indeed, there is no
kind of security company in that complex at all.
I also know that I have too much time and money invested in you to
back out now. I highly recommend that you check out your contacts more
thoroughly from now on. First, you have me deal with George Mbeki,
then Edmond Wilson. Both people turn out to be assholes, maybe worse.
I was hoping you could suggest something. However, I am a fairly busy
man. I don't wish to be sent on another wild goose chase like last
weekend. I cannot afford to waste my time like that.
I will await your next email. Take good care of yourself. I hope you
are better soon.

Personally I want the consignment be re-located from Amsterdam because I'm

will suggest to global Securities to return the consignment to london, but
until i discuss with them i will now know what to do next.
This is all i have to say for now, after all said and done this transaction
can only put me in a very serious detroirating health condition now as i
have been on medication for some days now.
I will get back to you but I do not know yet because i have to keep to my

better before writing to them.
My Heyd, when you came to my life i taught that all my sufferings is over but

Dear Dick Heyd,
Thank you for your mail and your concern.
I was informed by the London Global securities that based on the
circumtances that surrounds my consignment they have decided to move it away
to China via diplomatic means,in this system a diplomat will accompany the
consignment to China where the diplomat will arrive with consignment to wait
for your arrival in China for onward claim by you.
They stated that if i accept this system that means we will pay for cost of
delivery to the Asia affiliate office because this isa rare practice within
their company.
Please think about it and let me know your view before we can make decision.
I really appreciate all your efforts.

Please i want you to clear these questions before we can go ahead because I

I want to get this straight if you are working for Mbeki it's better we

For all I know Mbeki does not know the new arrangement of moving the

Dear Dick Heyd,
Thank you very much for your mail and your concern.I have gone through the

I contact the Global securities London yesterday to verify on the
development and they informed me that the diplomat works with them and he is
the person they assigned for the job.I expressed myself before them and they
reassured me that everything is in place because they are aware of my
situation and that of my late husband when he deposited the consignment with
them.He further explained to me that they take a lot to secure and protect
their customers interest not minding where they come from.
My dear dick, honestly speaking I was shocked when I received your email
yesterday and I did not waste time in confirming from them in London, though
they sent to me inforamtion about the diplomat having left to China later
yesterday.
I believe with the clearance I got from them so far, they did not mean any
evil, since they explained that Mr.John Kuma works with them.
I advise that you should reach them with the information they required from
you,I do not know if you can make it on Tuesday since they requested that
you should arrive China by tuesday.
Please do inform me accordingly.
Once again thanks a lot for your concern.
Regards,
Mrs.Maryam Abacha.

Dear Maryam,
Unfortunately, in waiting for your reply, I had decided to hold off on
traveling to meet Mr. Kuma and ended up missing my flight. I'm truly
sorry for this. If only you had replied sooner. From the way you
sounded, I was expecting another George Mbeki fiasco.
If you say that John Kuma is good to go, I shall contact him and set
up another appointment.
Please let me know soon.

Dear Mr. Kuma,
Apparently there has been some kind if perceived mix up in regards to
your identity. By the time everything was cleared up with Mrs. Abacha,
it was too late to catch by booked flight to meet with you.
This may be a blessing in disguise, however, for both of us,
particularly since you have expressed an interest in hearing my
proposal.
I believe I can safely assume that you are aware of the contents of
the boxes that you have in your possession.
To continue, I am in a solid position to take care of the owner of
this consignment so that she will not trouble us in the future. I have
hired and paid for someone in Nigeria to ensure this.
The would leave the entire contents of the trunks to you and I. For a
50/50 split, I will be willing to ensure safe passage for you and your
family to the US. I will ensure that you have a job, thus ensuring
your eligibility for a Green Card. In other words, I will be your
sponsor.
In return, I will require you to assist me in making certain that the
total amount gets laundered through my firm so that it does not arouse
any undue suspicion with the Department of the Treasury in the US.
I have worked out most of the modalities. However, I will need you to
be my liaison in China for a few weeks until the entire amount has
been deposited safely into my H.S.B C. account.
Are we on the same page? If not, let me know now and I'll call everything off.
I need not tell you that everything I have said to you in this email
is confidential.

Dear Dick Heyd,
I do not understand what you really want from me this time.
How did you say i replied to your mail late that was why you missed your
flight,is it that you want to play with me again after all i have gone
through to make this new arrangement fixed.
I do not know why Mbeki's name will never ceased from your mouth, even when
things are very serious. In my reply I told you what happened and why i was a
little bit afraid when i heard in your mail that Kuma a Nigerian contacted
you from China, and I made finding to know if Mr.Kuma is the Diplomat they
sent to China with the Consignment and they approved of it in which I relied
in my mail same saturday or do you consider the time different bwteen us?
Mr.Heyd, please there nothing like another Mbeki in this transaction any more
unless you are nolonger willing to help me out, just want to use Mbeki as an
excuse.I was of the believe that before now you must have replied to the
Diplomat in China making provision of the things he requested from you.
Please go ahead and reply his mail and let him know when you will be
arriving to China since you missed your flight last time.Do also send to
them your flight schedule for them to know when you will arrive China, also
send a copy of the flight schedule to me too because I do not want you to
keep me in suspense over whether you travel to China or not.
Please try and conclude with the Diplomat today since the first arrangement
could not hold due to my delay in replying to your mail.
Regards,
Mrs.Maryam Abacha.

Hi Mr. Dick.
I got your mail this evening and i heard that you said
therein. There is one thing i would like you to know
my dear, as it is now i don't know you from Adam
nineithero you know . One ththingor sure is that God
has made it possible that we should me and know

believe in action . What I'm trying to say in effect
is that we need to sit down on a round table
coconferencend thrash it out, in one mind and one
spirit.
By the way i have tried to reach you on line many
times , only to found out that, you land phone is on
voice mail. When is the best time to call you ?. I'm

Dear Mr. Dick,
How' re you today and your health also. My beloved,
I'm beginning to wander if I'm dealing with a ghost
or human-being. Secondly, i was thinking if actually
you are the owner of the phone that I'm calling on
daily basis.
It seems to me most strange that, not even for one
have you made an attempt to call me and for this
reason i can not see the seriousness in you . You talk
nicely in your mails but i can not see the action in
you. If you found it too hard to communicate with me ,
why don't you pass every of your information or
decision over to Mrs Abacha directly, so that she can
reach me with information than keeping me in suspense.
My dear, business is never done in such way,
communication matters a lot and, it will make the
parties involved to understand each other, i don't
know if i'm talking sense but nevertheless if there is
in any way i have spoken wrongly, pls pardon me and i
stand to be corrected . I believe by now everything
would have been Ok but i reverse you made everything
to be stagnant .
I want to be open to you because, I'm a straight
forward person and a man of his words , if i should
waiting for you till Friday with out any response from
you, then i have to go, no matter the amount of
preaching from Mariam . I have other important things
to do as well.
Please stop treating me like a baby for i,m a man like
you . What you would like others to do to you, do it
also to them my dear .
Here i draw my curtain hoping to hearing from you
soonest.
Yours Faithfully,
Mr. John Kuma.

Dear Dick Heyd,
Thank you for your mail.
Alright but why have you found it difficult to inform the diplomat about the
development so that he will know how to get things arranged.
I did not expect that you would delay your trip to China for one day based
on how eager you were when you return from Amsterdam, this kind of sudden
trip occured shortly after Mr.Wilson contacted you to come to Amsterdam
which you rushed to England without informing me,now you are in New york
after two day silence. Please let me know your stand about the claim because
I'm not relaxed with your deliberate trip on an important business trips
anytime a serious issue arises.
Why have you kept away from writing me for like two days now?just to come
back and inform me that you are on business trip to New York.
You know the truth.

Dear Maryam,
I have just returned home and read your email.
I did not realize that you were the Chairman of Bovine Excreta Custom
Mfg. After all, the Chairman of the Board of my firm is the only
person that I am obligated to inform of the business trips I take.
I have some issues with Mr. Kuma. He asked me not to tell you anything
but this would be on my conscience for ever.
He has proposed that he has hired someone to get rid of you and that
he and I should split the consignment between the two of us. In return
for this "favor", he has asked me to bring $50,000 to China with which
he can pay off his hired assassin. Frankly, Mariam, I'm not that kind
of person. I do not wish you any harm.
I would like your response to this. I can forward some of his emails
to you if you would like me to.

Dear Maryam,
I had to agree to go along with Mr Kuma before he would give me any
more details. Here is his last email to me. This email spells out the
full intentions of Mr. Kuma as well as the names of the persons he has
hired to get rid of you.
Of course, I will NOT assist with Mr. Kuma's diabolical plot. I am not
that type of person. I certainly do not wish you any harm at all.
It seems that people become very greedy when they see the chance to
steal a lot of money, doesn't it? Some people will do anything to get
their hands on your box.
Please Maryam. Be very careful. Even when Mr. Kuma finds out that I am
not going through with his plan he may act on his own. Please ensure
that you keep yourself surrounded by your bodyguards at all times.
I have forwarded his last email to me which I received just a short while ago:
