Dear Barrister,

I apologize for the long delay in returning your message.

As you know, I have been working on the VDB Garments account since the passing of Mr. Moss. I have decided that it would be in our best interests to hire some local models for this job.

While the models you wish to provide are quite appropriate for the job, we feel that the extra expense involved in bringing four models all the way from Africa cannot be justified.

I know that you worked hard to provide us with the people that Mr. Moss had asked for and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this decision may have caused.

On behalf of all of us at Glaf Arts, I wish to thank you for all of your efforts.

Sincerely,

Mike Rotch

Mr Mike Rotch,

Sir,

Thanks for getting us informed on time for this decision of yours. It is really going to be a disapointment to me and to the Models if you changes your mind at this extend. If you do consider my commitment in this contract knowing all the expenses I have made already in getting the 4 Models ready for this Advertisement with VDB Garments, You will certainly make an amendments to cover the extra expense that is posing a problem here.

If Glaf Arts has confirmed the 4 Models appropriate for this job, then something can be done to make an adjustment concering payments.

I invited the Models to my Office today to pass this information to them, and to be honest with you Mr. Mike, non of them is happy with the news. They will rather preffer their daily pay/ salary to be reduced for you to cover any extra expenses OR they are ready to sign an agreement with Glaf Arts to deduct any amount cost for their travel to New York from their salary.

Please show your concern here to help this young Models who has been preparing to come to you. Do find it in your heart to grant them this opportunity that God has provided for them to reach a certain height in life. Some of them has stopped local works just because of this contract which I have given them maximum support both material and financial only to provide Glaf Arts with the best young Models from Africa.

As the Senior partner in Glaf Arts, I humbly request your negociation in this matter. God will bless you as you give us your positive attention and not ignore.

Regards,
Barrister Goldman Armstrong.

Dear Barrister,

I understand your concerns and the concerns of your models. I also sincerely regret this turn of events. We have had many discussions here at Glaf Arts concerning this issue, only to come to a unanimous conclusion that it is indeed far too expensive to bring models from Africa, as desirable as the certainly are, for a photo shoot as small as the one we have contracted with VDB Garments happens to be.

I would like to keep the information that I have on your models in our files close at hand. We are always looking for well structured models such as the ones you have submitted. We could certainly keep all of them busy with work if they were here in the New York City area. This would not be a problem at all. The issue here is the fact that they are all overseas, in Africa.

If any or all of the models happen to be in New York anytime soon, or they can make their own way to New York, please let them know that they are most certainly welcome to drop by our offices. I will personally guarantee that they will receive full-time employment for at least the next 12 months.

If you have any questions, please contact me.

Thank you for your understanding in these tough times.

Mr Mike Rotch,

Sir,

Thanks for been specific in comment which speaks more about your reasons of this turn event. We have clearly understood your lack of trust in taking responsibilities for the travel of the Models to New York. your comment is an evident that Glaf Arts might be thinking that they will loose any advanced payment sent for the travel of the Models. however I presume that this lack of trust is because you are not aware of our past communications with late Pete Moss, I was contacted by a mutual friend of late Pete Moss to assist Glaf Arts find these young Adult Models here. so therefore been contacted by someone Pete Moss knows has already built our relationships with confident and trust before his untimely death which is the cause of all this set back. Though you are right to have fear of taking any expenses that would not be justified, but ours can be justified.

From the comments of the Models, they are ready to make their way to New York if you will give them a maximum support in the sense that they will be hoping on you to provide them an invitation letter from your company to enable them get easy entry visa to USA.

They will also rely on you to assist them buy their ticket fare in USA, so that they will confirm it in the Airline brance office here. In this process, you are not sending any money in advance but assisting their travel to take place in a short time. by so doing you are not committed to any one with money untill you see their travel arrangements in progress. They have testified that they are ever ready to work for your company if possible permanently. please for the sake of humanity see what you can do to help them achieve this dream.

It will tarnish my image before these Young Models to have caused some of them to loose job opportunities that came their way during the begining of this contract.

For your information, the two Males ( Ebirim & Anayo ) are Models with experience of indoor and outdoor advertising, while one the females Miss DJEDJE was crowned Miss Cote d'Ivoire in year 2004. These Models, I surely know they will give you a perfect photos and shootings to your inner wears advert. You can see the reason why late Pete Moss promised them all that Glaf Art will take care of all their expenses to New York. please be kind to treat them as your young employees to be.

Also myself that is entitled for payment of $1500 for finder fees on each Models Glaf Arts choose will wait this payment untill the Models arrive to you. This is to guarantee no false play in this transaction and to remove every doubts in your mind. I want you to feel at home with us and open your mind to us for successful transaction.

I don't mind to forward you all our past correspondance with late Pete Moss, maybe it will help you to confide on us.

Please give us the schedule for the time expected the Models to be in New York, date for them to start work and the best you can do to support their travel as I stated above.

Finally, I will like to ask about your plans concerning the Advertising Agent & company who will handle the putting of posters and bill boards of VDB Garments here in Africa. For your information, before the death of Pete, he aksed me to look for one and I have already introduced him to BELFAST ADVERTISING COMPANY. It is a big registered company. please tell me your plans about the adverts in Africa here. I am always here as your finding Agent to assist in whatever necessary for this VDB Garments.

We would be honoured to assist you accomplish your desire to advertise in Africa.

We plead for your indulgence on the matter above.

Kind Regards,
Barrister Goldman Armstrong.

Dear Barrister,

You seem to be reading something in my last email to you that isn't there. It is not a matter of trust, it's simply a matter of economics. It is not economical for us to fly models from Africa when we can hire suitable models here in New York.

While we were aware that Mr. Moss had been authorized to promise coverage the traveling expenses for any models chosen, he had no authority to have Glaf Arts pay any "finders fees". We will be happy to pay you these finders fees though, if we do choose to hire any of the models. But you must understand that we can't justify covering the travel expenses. As I said earlier, if any or all of these models were already here in New York, I would personally see to it that they were given work.

The photo shoot will commence on Monday with local models. We have already contracted with a firm in Johannesburg for the distribution of the ads in Africa.

Miss Michelle Tania Kessie was crowned Miss Cote d'Ivoire 2004 on Saturday, July 10 of that year, not Miss Djedje.

Mr Mike Rotch,

Sir,

I did not email you back in time because I had no comment to impact on behalf of the Models for the refusal of your financial assistance towards their travels to New York.

However this morning, I have a meeting with the 4 Models in my Office concerning this matter. They all agreed to look for a way of financing themselves to New York since you are ready to offer them jobs.

They plead you to assist them with a letter of invitation to enable them obtain a visa from USA Embarssy here. The invitation letter will state them as Models coming to work for your Firm, best known to you how to prepare the letter and make it legitmate so that it will be approved by the usa embarssy.

They will also want to know if you can still assist them with Hotel researvation there in New York as late Pete Moss had promised them earlier before now.

Mr Mike Rotch, You can see that these Models are despirate to come over there to work for you, so they needed your support to realise this opportunity they have to work with your Firm. I will therefore percify once again on their behalf asking you to find it in your heart to grant their request.

I personally comment that you will never regret assisting them rather they will be of much benefit to your Firm having these Models working for you.

Please let us know the best you can do to assist them on this travel.

Best Regards,
Barrister Goldman Armstrong.

I don't want him trotting off to the U.S. Embassy just yet. I think I'll just ignore this request.

Dear Mr Wadd,

Compliments of the season!

I wish to inform you that I was able to get in contact with another senior partner in Glaf Arts who is handling our dealings with late Pete Moss.

It happens that Mr Mike Rotch(Snr.partner Glaf Arts) who took over the office of late Pete Moss has refused to finance the Models to New York as in accord with Pete Moss earlier before his untimely death. the Models accepted the contract offer because they were promised by Pete Moss to take care of their travel expenses.

Nevertheless, since the Models have signed Glaf Arts contract FORM and have all decided to travel to New York for this job, they are looking for a way of finance on their own to realise this opportunity they got to work in USA. Very soon as soon as they get their visas they will be in USA. That is how far we have gone with the new Government of Glaf Arts.

In my major reason of contacting you is to alert you that I met some other Models here who would be willing to participate in your adult movie show.

I want to know how to proceed this with you on this as to enable me organise things properly regards to their pay and travels to meet you.

Get back to me with all information.

Best regards,

If you have other men and women who might like to perform in movies and look as good as the four that I have already seen, I might be very interested. Of course I cannot give you definite answers as to how much I am prepared to offer anyone, if anything, until I have seen what I am being asked to pay for.

Can you provide pictures? Regards.

Dear Mr Wadd,

Sir,

If you would love to have the Models work for you, then Let's move on to business since they are ready to fly to your destination. You will certainly have them pose on a photo there according to your desire as I am not too experienced on that. I can only send you their sexy photos which is the same photo sent to late Mr Pete Moss, I guess you have the photos.

Meanwhile, upon your response, I shall send you their Identificational documents for legal records and to enable you secure whatever documents they will need in this purpose like Contract agreement and for sending them invitation letters to obtain a visa.

The four group of Models are considering of coming to you, they wouldn't want the disapointment that happened during the time of Pete Moss to occure again. so if you really want to have them work for you, be serious over their travel plans.

Let me hear from you.

Dearest Barrister Goldman

I would suggest that you send me pictures of the actors displaying their best assets. Both front and rear shots please. I will need to ensure that the men are properly equipped for this type of acting and that the women have firm breasts and buttocks. Please note that if any of the actors require any enhancements, we will be able to cover this here in New York but I'll need to judge this for myself in advance. This is the primary reason for the request. Please ensure that all of the actors pose in front of the same background with the same lighting. This is necessary for comparison purposes.

In case any of the actors have any reservations about our makeover team, I invite you to have a look at some examples of what they can do at http://www.wadd.us.ms/xxxxxxxxxx.html. We do get many actors and actresses who obviously have potential but just need some cosmetic enhancements. As soon as I evaluate and approve all of the actors, we will begin the process of getting the required documentation for their trip to New York.

I hope that we can pick up some speed now. To be honest Barrister Goldman, you have been dragging your feet on this issue for the past couple of weeks. Regards.

Dear Barrister Goldman,

What expense could you possibly incur taking a few digital snapshots and why are you asking me for assistance with this expense? That would be like me asking you and your actors to help to fund my movies before they are made. That would be absurd and so is your suggestion.

Pete Moss was a friend of mine but I have no association with the ad firm he was working with. Thus, I have no knowledge of any arrangements you may have had with Glaf Arts. Regardless, I am not bound by any agreement you had with either Glaf Arts or Mr. Moss. I am certainly not in the advertising business, as you are already aware.

I'm not asking that the photos be taken at the same location as the last ones. I am simply requesting that the next set of photos of each of the actors be taken using similar background and lighting. In other words, if the photos of all of the actors are taken at the same time and location, this will be fine with me. Regards,

Dear Barrister

I viewed the photos you sent. At first I thought you had sent me scans of postage stamps.

Sir. Do you understand what types of actors I am looking for? I produce adult movies. When I evaluate new actors, I want to see them in the attire that they will be wearing in my movies. Since I am producing adult movies, my actors do not wear clothing. This is how I must see them before I do any hiring. Since the actors and actresses you wish to provide cannot pose for me in person, I will need to see photos of them sans clothing. I need to be able to evaluate the appearance of their best assets.

Barrister. Our production firm invest hundreds of thousands of dollars every year procuring new talent for our movies. We generally require prospective hires to come to our studio here in New York to audition. Unless your actors are prepared to come to New York to audition in person, I'd suggest that you ask your actors to put together a photographic portfolio which is appropriate for the type of work they are applying for (nude acting) and submit it to me.

Until that happens, there is nothing more that I can do for you.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
