Subject: You have some movie star for me?

Barrister Goldman

I recently had a visit from a friend and associate of mine, Pete Moss. He is aware that I am always looking for new acting talent as I am the number one producer of black adult movies in America. I have seen the pics of some of the models you know and they do look quite good. I would really like to see more pics of these models.

Would these models be interested in starring in my adult films? Mr. Moss tells me that two of them already have some adult movie experience so I presume that they are already quite aware what qualities I am looking for in a male actor.

I will wait for your reply. Regards,

Dick Wadd

CAUTION: Before you decide to visit the Wadd Bros. website for yourself, be forewarned that it is filled with images of the type that you would expect an adult movie producer to have. There's nothing pornographic here, just enough to give the scammers some idea of the kind of movies Dick Wadd produces. Also, be aware that this site was made up with the sole intent of viewing by the scammers, not for general public viewing.

Later in the day, our lad visits the Wadd Bros website. Now he definitely know what kind of movies he's being asked to consider acting in.

Dear Sir,

I am going to bring the photos of the models into my boss's office tomorrow just to make sure that they are all right with him. I'll need his approval of any models we choose. I'm going to recommend all four of them to him but the final decision is his.

Mr. Wadd at Wadd Productions tells me that he is definitely interested in your models as well. If they can impress him as much as they've impressed me, they will have the opportunity to make a very large amount of money during their stay in New York.

I'll let you know when we make some progress at our office.

Attn/ Dick Wadd & Pete Moss.

Sirs,

I read your both mails.

There is a misunderstanding here.

What kind of movie are we talking about here? sexy movies? if so the Models will not accept your offer.

For your information, the Models in those photos are into beauty context. Miss DJEDJE BIENVENU NADEGE : photo no: ( 34 / 37 / 42 ) won a beauty context for Miss Cote d'Ivoire in 2004. The two males are already into film industry acting home video movies (national films) Sorry for the misunderstanding, I went through Mr Wadd's web site and saw exactly the kind of actors/actresses he is looking for but those Models are not.

The models are only ready for your advertisement of magazines, radio, television, billboard, or posters.

Hope i have made myself clear enough.

Regards,

Okay. I thought Mr. Moss told you that I am in the adult film industry. I understand if the ladies don't want to do this but we require men as well. Most men would love to do this job. It means getting paid for being with some of the sexiest women in the world.

If any of the models change their mind let me know okay? Regards.

Dear Sir,

Please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding. I will inform Mr. Wadd of your models' position on this matter.

I have just shown the photos you sent to my boss, Mr. Hafta. While he is very impressed with the women, he is less so with the men. The problem is mainly the body hair on the men. It is required that all of our models be devoid of all body hair. This is standard throughout this industry. Facial hair (mustache, beard, etc.) is fine but we cannot have our male models covered with any body hair.

I would like to have all four of your models come to New York as a group but I cannot get the approval for that from Mr. Hafta at this time.

If Mr. Ebirim and Mr. Anayo would be willing to resubmit their photos after this has been taken care of, I can almost guarantee you that Mr. Hafta will authorize the funding to bring all of you to New York.

Please let me know if this will be acceptable to Mr. Ebirim and Mr. Anayo.

Also, Mr. Hafta would appreciate a few more photos of Miss Djedje and Miss Badiel.

Once again. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Sincerely,

In anticipation of the approval of the forthcoming photos and the subsequent approval of all four models, I will need to have some idea what expenses the models will incur in traveling to New York as well as the costs for the necessary documentation. Please include any amount for your own professional fees. This way I can form a budget to submit to our accounting department.

I will also require your firm's bank account number to transfer these funds to.

Hope to hear back from you soon.

Mr Pete Moss,

This is to confirm your mail received. Thanks for your approval and demands. I presume the 4 Models are qualified for this journey. The little delays in responding to your mails is due to I had to get the Models informed first with any development on their travel arrangements.

However I like to inform you that I will only help the Models to get passport for their travel. We need to obtain only 3 passports because one of them has a passport already. When all their passports are ready, your company will then provide them an invitation letter to present to your Embassy here for their visas. The passports will be sent to you also to enable you buy them flight ticket from your end so that they will collect it with the airline branch company here.

I do not have to charge you for their travel cost because it's not my duty.

The cost of the passport is $500. each. For my finders payment is already informed by you $1500. for each Model you selected. therefore the amount expected of you to send for my finders fees and the passports is the total of $7,500. I therefore reffer you back to my email of 20th October 2006 where you will find my company's account to remitt the transfer.

If there is any other thing you need in this process p/s do let me know.

Thanks to keep your word.

Subject: Suggestion.

Dear Mr Pete Moss,

I will inform the Models about your final comment and see what could be done in the case of Mr Ebirim and Anayo. I am wondering why their body hairs will disqualify them in the group. I presumed that you have decided to resolve this matter as I did not noticed it as a problem, I'm sure you could take care of that upon their arrival in New York, won't you?

Since it is an ordinary body hair, it can be removed with shaving powder or through any other means you may consider best at your end. in Africa here will be little difficult for them to make this snapy as you want to get the approval done immediately.

I want you to reason with me that if their hairs after shaving grows up again before their arrival in New York will also oblige them for another shave. so I suggest that this matter is wisely to be treated over there in New York. please don't see this as a problem since they are coming for advert only.

Let me know if you can resolve this matter, then it will be possible for the Models to snaps another photos immediately as i meet with them tomorrow so that I can send it to you without further delays.

But whereby you can not accept my suggection to resolve this matter over there, then you have to give them some time to get this done by next week. I must reassure you that the 4 Models as one group are preparing seriously for this journey.

Dear Sir,

I understand that the shaving is easily done in New York. The problem is that Mr. Hafta wishes to see the models as they would normally appear, in other words, clean shaven. He currently sees the males as "not ready for prime time" and he wishes to see them as they would appear on location. Is this really a problem? I don't understand.

If this requires time then so be it, but I don't understand why something like this should be so much trouble.

As I mentioned, as soon as Mr. Hafta gives his approval to the models and the budget allocation, we will transfer the money to you and begin making accommodation arrangements.

I will need to have some idea when you believe all of these people should have their passports.

Thanks,

Subject: Miss Djedje Bienvenu Nadege

Barrister Goldman

I have been giving your clients much thought and I have decided to make another offer which I would appreciate you passing on to your clients.

To briefly summarize our problem, we have trouble getting good quality actors to be in our good quality productions. We do have plenty of applicants for our movies but we reject most of them. This is due to the fact that most of the actors that apply are not qualified due to a serious drug habit or that their bodies are covered with tattoos. This is a problem that all makers of adult movies have. Most of them do not care about the quality of their actors. We try to make better quality movies than everyone else. Our clients expect it and demand it.

This is why I am so interested in your clients. I can see that the issues of drugs and tattoos do not plague them.

I am prepared to offer each of your clients $3,000 per day of filming with a guarantee of earnings of at least $30,000 within the first 90 days. This is an offer that we usually only extend to the biggest and most well known stars of our industry.

In addition, as Miss Djedje Bienvenu Nadege was crowned Miss Cote d'Ivoire for 2004, I am prepared to offer her an additional $15,000 if she would be willing to sign a 12 month exclusive contract with Wadd Bros. Productions and permit us to use the fact that she is Miss Cote d'Ivoire 2004 in all of our promotional material.

As a show of good faith, if we can come to some sort of agreement and all of some of them meet with my approval, I am also prepared to advance each of your clients $5,000 if they are prepared to sign contracts with Wadd Bros. Productions prior their arrival in New York.

If you would be so kind, please ask your clients to reconsider their position with our production company.

I thank you in advance for your cooperation, Barrister Goldman. Regards,

The passports will be ready in 3 working days, I have a friend working in passport department and through his assistance, I am sure of this.

I received another offer from Mr Wadd, it's beyong my decision but I will simply talk with the Models if they accept, I will let him know.

Dear Sir,

I hope you and your family are well today.

I anticipate that the approval process will go smoothly after I have submitted the revised photos to Mr. Hafta and I have instructed our legal department to draw up the appropriate model release forms for your clients to sign.

As you will surely notice, both Miss Djedje and Miss Badiel will receive $2000/day of photography while Mr. Ebirim and Mr. Anayo will receive $1750/day in compensation for the same work.

This discrepancy is due to the fact that both female models are exceptionally beautiful while the males are simply men. As a red-blooded man who surely has an appreciation for beautiful women yourself, I'm sure you understand our situation regarding this matter.

I have attached the individual contracts to this email in .pdf form. Please be so kind as to print them out and have your clients read, fill in the blanks as appropriate, and sign them. Then please scan the completed release forms and email them back to me.

Also, I would appreciate it if you could submit some sort of identification of your clients. This is only for the purposes of proof of age. Nothing more.

Once again, I sincerely appreciate the fine work you have done on behalf of your clients and I shall make certain that you are compensated for your good work as per our agreement as soon as is practical after the approval process is completed.

Sincerely yours,

If you did not hear from me since you wrote me last is because I understood your most interest to have the Models participate in your adult movie. However, it is beyond my decision to accept the offers you made to the Models in your last mail.

As a matter of fact, we had a meeting yesterday and I repeatedly asked them to look into your request or offers but non of them is either willing to participate in your adult movie. As they are public figures, I understood many reasons they gave for their refusal.

In my own opinion, I will advice you to allow them to come over to New York first, then seeing them face to face might help you to convince them. But bear in mind that you wouldn't imploy any of the Models to work for you without the concept of Mr Pete Moss who brought them to New York. Pete and I have been good friends since high school. He was an investor in my firm Wadd Bros. Productions but he was not a member of our board. He had a wife and six children.

It goes without saying that he will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends including myself.

I read your mail yesterday and was very anxious to know the full details of the news concerning Mr Pete Moss, but unfortunately there has been power failure since morning due to an administrative break down in the power authority Office, this is the reason for my late response anyway. However, I just read your mail and it's content is unbelievable news. I don't know why this will happen to him at this particular moment.

If what i read from the newspaper is real, May his soul rest in peace. But forgive me that I still have some doubt about his suden death.

It is so painful to me working for him all this while without a successful completion of our contract engagements.

I don't even know what to tell the Models who has been preapring their journey to New York. Would they think that i'm deceiving them all this while? I don't really know how to stand to accomplish this engagement without Mr Pete Moss, please your advice is needed here.

Mr Pete Moss wrote me last with attached contract FORMS for the Models to fill and return back to enable him put a schedule for their travel.

These Forms has been returned to my desk by the Models after their signing accord. Please advice me over this matter on what we should do to keep the ball rolling, for the fact that it is an advert he is committed to accomplish.

I am copying this mail to GLAFT ARTS president/CEO Mr Dewey Hafta, being the only person who can approve the coming of the Models.

I will look forward to hear from the president of Glaf Arts.

A few comments about the proofs of identification. They were obviously all photocopied first, then scanned. This makes for very poor quality reproductions (might be intentional).

Technically, Mr. Anayo's Nigerian passport does appear to have some real information. For those of you who know how to interpret the check digits within the machine-readable-zone of the passport (the strip at the bottom), you will find that the numbers are all correct. This doesn't mean that the passport is real, just that there was some real information used.

Can't say anything good about the other forms of identification. Mr. Ebirim's ID is just typical scammer forgery crap. The national passports of Miss Badiel and Miss Djedje were obviously made from the same template. They even bear the same fingerprint, as a side-by-side comparison shows.

Miss Badiel's Fingerprint   Miss Djedje's Fingerprint

One more very interesting item to note. According to the information on Miss Badiel's ID, she was born on July 2nd, 1982. Her mother was born on January 13th, 1969. This would mean that Monique Badiel was concieved when her mother was only 12 years old. Her father would have been 26 at that time.
