I am happy to know that you still have the documents I sent. You see, these documents will need to be completed by you before we can proceed further.
I will await your reply. Remain blessed Pastor Williams,

Dear Julia,
I hope that you don't mind if I address you as Julia.
A funny thing happened this morning. As I was about to contact your friend, Vitus Iwu, I received an email from Pastor Williams. Apparently he was out of the country and was unable to reply to my emails.
My question now is concerning Mr. Vitus Iwu. Do you think that I should contact him now. Maybe he would still be interested in doing some work for our church. Pastor Williams will certainly have his hands full just setting up our church and Mr. Vitus Iwu may be interested in operating the refugee camp part of the church as a separate charitable organization, leaving Pastor Williams to look after the normal operations of the church.
Julia, you are obviously a very intelligent woman and I will leave it up to you to make any recommendations to me regarding this question. Of course, any final decisions will have to be made by the board and the donation committee of our church but I'm certain that they will take my advice seriously.
In closing, I sincerely hope that you will consider becoming a very important part of any of the operations that take place there on behalf of both our church and your fellow refugees.
I shall now anxiously await your reply.

Dear Mr. Vitus,
I am Reverend Stuart Pidass of Our Lady of Perpetual Flatulence Holy Church in Ur Anus, Mississippi, U.S.A.
I am contacting you because a mutual acquaintance by the name of Miss Julia Ngume has brought to my attention the fact that you are willing to assume the operations a refugee camp which is presently run by Pastor Timothy Williams. It is my understanding that Pastor Williams will have his hands full with the church alone and that he wishes to pass the camp into your hands.
I'm not sure how much information Miss Julia Ngume has given you about our church's foreign operations so let me fill you in.
Our Lady of Perpetual Flatulence Holy Church runs a program called Flatulence for West Africa. Through this program we distribute literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash as well as food, dry goods and medical supplies to the less privileged in West Africa every year through our affiliated organizations and through branches of our church located in West Africa. We have funded or partially funded several hospitals as well as at least two dozen orphanages throughout Africa during the past three years alone.
Needless to say, our program has been very successful in recent years but we are still inundated with requests from individuals for donations. Through our Flatulence for West Africa, we can distribute our much needed donations much more efficiently via our affiliated organizations.
In affiliating the camp with our church as a separate organization, the camp will be entitled to our spiritual and financial support. In return, we ask that the top officials of the organization convert to our faith. Now I understand that this is not a decision that you will want to make without thought. Please, take your time and reflect on any decision regarding this before you give me your answer.
If you feel that this may be what you wish for the camp, please let me know. As well, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
May St. Flatulate always be your guide,

Good morning Mr. Vitus,
Yes, all is cool with me. Thanks for asking. I hope all is cool with you as well.
First, I'd like you to give me an estimate of the number of refugees in the camp as well as the anticipated normal monthly expenditures of the camp. This is so that we can get some idea of the amount of funding you may require. While we may not be able to give you complete funding, hopefully we can be of great assistance to you.
Also, since you will be operating the camp as a separate entity from the church, we will also require the new name of your organization as well as a list of your top officers, primarily the president of the organization and the treasurer or financial officer.
As you are probably already aware, our mutual friend, Miss Julia Ngume, is a very bright and wonderful person. I would urge you to consider offering this woman a position of importance in your new organization. She is obviously quite knowledgeable of the needs of the refugee camp.
Concerning our church's doctrine, our most important belief is the importance of the Holy Ring as well as the significance of Uranus. While the entire doctrine is much too complex to go into via email, The most important aspect by far is our belief that the only way to ascend into heaven is to always be wearing the Holy Ring.
During the induction ceremony, all this and more will be explained to you by our foreign liaison, Miss Patti Kake, and you will be taught everything there is to know about our faith once you have been inducted into our religion.
I have taken the liberty of scanning a couple of pages from our book of faith to give you an idea of the importance of the Holy Ring.
I shall now contact Pastor Williams to make sure that he is cool with turning over the command of the refugee camp to you.
Remain blessed kind sir,

Dear Mr. Vitus,
I'm sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I have been rather incapacitated with the flu these last couple of days.
Sir, I understand that you are eager to join our faith but it would be best if you waited until the induction ceremony before doing anything with your nipple. All of the information concerning the induction into our faith will be given to you by our foreign liaison, Miss Patti Kake, upon her arrival in Dakar. She will also distribute copies of our faith's manual which will cover everything there is to know about our faith but since you are eager to know about the Holy Ring, I have attached a scan of a couple of pages from the manual which briefly touches on this subject.
What I needed to know is the number of refugees in your camp. I would also like to confirm that the name of the organization is "Helping the Need and Orphanage Organization". The donation committee will need this information to do up the proper paperwork.
As soon as you confirm this information I will submit it to the donation committee with my recommendation that they accept your new organization's application for affiliation. They will also likely set an approximate date for the induction ceremony.
Based on previous applications for affiliations, I would suggest that the donation committee will likely approve you for an initial donation in the approximate amount in the $5000 to $7500 range. While this may seem like a small amount, if everything goes well, you will then be in a position to request more.
I would definitely like to speak with you on the telephone. I will most certainly call you soon.
Be blessed my friend,

Anyway, I have been in contact with Mr. Vitus and our conversations have borne fruit. He has agreed to operate the refugee camp and I will recommend to the donation committee that his new organization be funded by our church.
I have asked Mr. Vitus that he strongly consider offering you a position in his new organization. I believe that you have lots to offer. Of course, I cannot force him to do so but he has acknowledged that you are a very intelligent woman.
Unfortunately, I have not heard from Pastor Williams since last week. As I had mentioned previously, he was to return some documents to me last Monday. Do you think he has disappeared again? I hope he's alright.

As I had mentioned to you on the telephone, the memorandum of agreement and the questionnaire must be completed by you and that this is a requirement of the donation committee. When I receive these documents back from you I shall immediately forward them to the donation committee.
Concerning the bank transfer, I believe you had asked if it would be okay if you used a personal bank account. I have conferred with the chairman of the donation committee about this. He would prefer it if this was not the case unless there is no other option. In fact, he would prefer that the account be with a U.S. or U.K. bank.

Dear Pastor Williams,
I'm sorry for not being clear. I said that we would prefer to transfer to an account located in a U.S. of European based bank, not that we couldn't transfer to a bank that is local to you. Do not concern yourself too much if all that you can get at the present time is a local account. However, we may require you to obtain a U.S. or European account at a later date.
As you are aware, the memorandum of agreement that you signed was drawn-up before Mr. Vitus Iwunwa had agreed to take over the refugee camp from you. This means that the amount that we have agreed to give to you as an initial donation includes the $6500 which was to be allocated for the camp.
Seeing as you will no longer be operating the camp, this means that you are technically not eligible for the full amount of $11,600 agreed to in the memorandum of agreement. However, the donation committee has agreed to leave the agreement as it is. In other words, you may use the $6500 originally intended for use in the church camp and allocate those funds toward the construction of the church structure itself.
On another subject, as our foreign liaison, Miss Patti Kake is extremely busy at this time, we were hoping that Miss Kake could visit both you and Mr. Vitus on the same trip. As soon as Mr. Vitus has submitted the completed documents we require from him, the donation committee will try to set an approximate date for Miss Kake's arrival at your location.
I haven't heard from Miss Julia lately. Please say 'hello' to her for me next time you see her.
