The balance of the account should stand at approximately $9.5M USD.
I have so far spent $4,200 USD in direct expenses relating to this matter to an attorney in Lome named Willians Sankoh. This gentleman had been referred to me by a third party who shall go unnamed at this time. This money was ostensibly to cover the travel expenses of Barrister Williams Sankoh and another party. It appears now that Sankoh was a fraud.

I think he has a very warped sense of humor. Unfortunately, he also has $4200 of my money. Which reminds me. I must endeavor to retrieve those funds as soon as possible.
Before I can make an informed decision on whether to travel to Europe to retrieve the funds or utilize a bank transfer, I would need to know the costs and other factors involved in each of these options. For example, you mentioned transfer costs and taxes. Could you give me some idea of a dollar figure?

If you want the money to be retrieve back from him,

him without much wasting of time and send it back to

But,if his has to be done on the above suggestion, you
have to make sure that the payment arrangement of your
fund will concluded and comets first of all before any
action on that, and you have to make sure you choose
the option that you wish to receive your fund as soon
as possible. You fund has to get to you on or before
the end of next week as it has all the payment
arrangements has being concluded by me and other top
officials and the bard of directors of the central
bank of Togo, your fund and your name will be recorded
into the central computer today as a confirmed fund to
be release by next week.
If you want to collect the money from Barr.Williams
direct by yourself it will not be possible because he
will not agree to release it back to you. So,I will
advice you not to let this $4,200 and Williams Sankoh
cost any delay in this transaction as all the
arrangements of your payment has been put in place.
As you demands to know, if you wish to have your
payment by bank to bank transfer, the cost of transfer
charges will be 0.1% of the total sum and it will
amount to the sum of $90,500 and the taxes will be
$9,500 so all will amount to the sum of (One Hundred
and Ninety Thousand Dollars).
But if you empower us all the total amount will be
deducted from your fund and the rest will be
transferred to you. And the deduction empowering FORM
A is costing the sum of $6,050(Six Thousand Tifty

Dear Dr. Ben Nicholas,
I understand completely now.
One thing I should explain, however. My holding company, as well as I persomally, are on the losing end of a considerably large lawsuit at the present time. Therefore, under no circumstances must these funds ever enter the U.S., either physically or electronically. Not only will they be subject to instant taxation, the remainder of it may well end up in the hands of my creditors. Obviously I do not want this to happen.
I will be setting up an offshore bank account. I'm not sure exactly where yet. I will be in talks tomorrow with a broker to assist me in this matter.
So, I would think that the bank transfer would be the way I wish to proceed but it is my understanding that it will take a few days to set up this new bank account.

I just wanted to let you know that I certainly have been in contact with Dr. Ben Nicholas and there is nothing really new to report just yet. I was just getting explanations and clarifications.
I have elected to receive the funds via bank transfer to an offshore bank account and I have explained this to Dr. Ben. Now I'm simply waiting for the formalities to be completed.

After consulting with my offshore services broker, I have decided to open a bank account in Luxembourg. Unfortunately, this will take approx. 2-3 weeks to complete all of the formalities through the broker.
Now, I'm sure that you are a busy man and would like to have our transaction completed before this. I know I certainly would. Therefore, I have decided to deal with the bank directly. This will save an enormous amount of time.
I'll have to fly back to Seattle in the morning to pick up my passport, and letters of reference from my bank manager and my attorney. These are primarily for identification purposes. From there, I will proceed straight to Luxembourg.
Now for my question. Even though I've elected to do this transaction via bank transfer, I would like to deal with the FORM A matter in person at your payment center in Germany. After all, I will already be in Luxembourg and it would be a simple matter to grab a short flight over to Germany.
Also, I would appreciate it if you could email me a blank copy of this FORM A so that I may peruse it at my leisure prior to traveling to Europe.

My weekend has been very nice. I met a very interesting woman last night at the bistro downstairs. She spent the night with me. Very nice. I have never been in contact at all with Barrister Williams personally. Only Wanda has and she wouldn't have given him this information.
Anyway. Williams Sankoh wishes to meet with me tonight in my hotel room. I think maybe I should. I may be the only opportunity I have of recovering Wanda's $4200.00.
If you haven't given Barrister Williams this information, then how did he know my email address and the fact that I was here?

There are only four people that are supposed to know that I am here, Me, you, my niece who has been of great assistance to me in this transaction, and another party which must go unnamed at this time. I am in the process of trying to find out exactly who has leaked this information to Williams Sankoh.
