The Donation Committee has met and has agreed upon a new set of requirements from donees.

The good news is that you have already met two of these requirements, which are the Memorandum of Agreement and your treasurer's identification.

However, we will need some photographic verification of you and your project. A CLEAR photo of you and your treasurer standing in front of your new church project while holding a sign will work best. The sign should state the name of your project, in your case, 'CHURCH OF GOD MISSION'.

I'm sorry for having to put you through the trouble of doing this but our Donation Committee feels that our new policy will go a long way toward preventing the type of fraud which we have been subjected to this year.

Once you have met this requirement, I will personally transfer the $6650 to you via Moneygram.

As you may know, Our Lady of Perpetual Flatulence Holy Church receives many requests for donations from Africa every year.

The church spends considerable amounts of money sending our representatives to Africa to verify these requests. Occasionally, we receive a request which turns out to be a scam.

What we are looking for is an organisation who would be willing to represent us faithfully in processing some of these requests for us.

Pastor Oji, would you be willing to represent our church in your region concerning these matters?

The way it would work is this: We would refer all requests we receive to you. You would deal with the potential recipient, verifying the validity of the request and the organisation. If you are satisfied that a donation is warranted, we would send you the required funds, plus any expenses you incur during this process. You would then pass on the funds to the organisation in need.

Please let me know soon if you are ready and willing to take on this important task, for our church and for God.

If you agree to this, I will send you more details concerning our wishes and our requirements.

I must confess as at this point that my small church is facing some difficulties, Although its good news. some women that have been seeking for the fruit of the womb finally where delivered of babies. Now we are busy paying them visits at the hospital for prayers, One of them even had to go through an operation, Now the worse case scenario is that the church is in a bankrutpcy, So we have problems compounded, I do hope you will understand what we are facing.

Moreso...due to all these problems here and there,We have made up our mind to introduce you to another church like you once sugested, That if we are not capable we should indicate. This is due to the fact that we doubt if you can wait till we are able to solve all this major problems of our church members in the hospital.

Furthermore,I like to know if you recieved any mail from mr Nelson, Because i recived many mails from them, but did not reply any . this is why i suggest we should introduce you to another church that can even take up the responsibilities as your representative without demanding any funds to fascilitate thier duties, As we compiled they have a large congregation and will be able to cover the minor expences that we are not able to.
