Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that we did not charge you in any way considering logistic problems involved. Be rightly informed Sir, that my travelling to Abuja for this laudable cause, which is a location far from my place of abode, will invariably demand the use of flight while hotel accommodation for the days I am going to spend there is not left out. All these put together, you will appreciate more our gesture.
To be honest, I knew I will be spending above the $1,550USD you are asked to assist the course with. The task ahead is onerous but I have to do it to preserve the image of this country being dragged in the mud by these elements.
In no time, you will commend us, especially when they are apprehended and brought to book.
It is very essential I make you understand that we are no Government Attorneys but on our private practices. I am only using my good friend, Mr Nuhu Ribadu, a Government official, tasked with that responsibility, to facilitate the apprehension of the masterminds of the dastardly act committed against your person.
Honestly, we are reasonable with the amount above. Please endeavour to revert to us on or before Monday, June 13, 2005 to avoid Mr Ribadu feeling slighted as I had told him I will be coming over on or before Tuesday, 14, 2005 with the petition and items of evidence handy.
I will appreciate if you place a call over shortly to enable us have a chat.
Thank you.

Thanks for the appreciation. I can't wait to meet you also. Do not bother much as you will have me when I come over soon. This will be possible when the documents have been prepared by the Attorney in your favour as I want to take them along with me when coming.
Those criminals will soon be docked as the Lawyer and Mr Nuhu Ribadu have vowed to arrest and prosecute them at all cost. The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is dreaded as a plague here in Nigeria.

Warm greetings my darling princess,
I always look forward to your email messages. I can hardly wait to
meet with you in person and it's the only thing I want more right now
than catching those scammers and seeing to it that their asses are
gored.
I will be on my way to my summer home very shortly. If Boston traffic
allows it, I should be up there in about 3 1/2 hours. I will be
preparing the place for your arrival.
I had to send a Western Union money order for a small amount to Chief
Nwadu through Mr. Nuhu Ribadu's office today. This way they know that
I'm serious about having these people brought to justice.

Dear Sir,
I am happy to hear from you as usual. I trust you had a pleasant flight.
I have made the payment through Western Union as per the instructions
of Mr. Ribadu. It is my understanding that the EFCC will be picking up
any expenses which you may incurr. Again, as instructed, I have sent
the money directly to Abuja so that it will be available for you to
pick up at your convenience.
I am presently near my summer home in the northwestern section of
Vermont, having arrived late last night. I had planned to spend the
weekend here and possibly a few days more, preparing the place for the
arrival of the princess (cleaning, having telephone service connected,
etc.). At present, I am forced to use the cyber cafe in nearby
Burlington to retrieve my emails.
Please let me know of any progress you make in the case.

My lovely princess,
I hope this email finds you as beautiful as ever.
I have made a thorough inspection of our new home. It appears that it
may require a little more work than I had originally thought.
Therefore I have decided to spend the remainder of the week here
cleaning up.
I just know that you will be very comfortable here however. While
certainly not a palace, our new home is quite elegant and very
secluded. I should have telephone service to the house sometime next
week. Until then I can use the cyber cafe in Burlington to retrieve
your messages to me.
I had a bit of a surprise when I arrived at the house last night. A
woman had broken into the place and was staying there. I think that
she may be a bit crazy but probably harmless so I offered to let her
stay for a while in return for her help in getting the house ready for
our occupancy.
I say that she may be a bit crazy because the tells me that she is on
the run from the law in Canada. I'm not sure why. She won't tell me.
Considering our close proximity to the Canadian border, her story is
plausible.
I'm thinking that If things work out with her this week, I may offer
her a job as a full-time maid during our stay if this would be
acceptable to you.
I shall conclude here and anxiously await your reply.
Your sweetheart,
Billy

I thank you for your concern but I can give you all
asurances that Barrister Nwadu will recieve his fee
and any expences he incurrs through this office.
As you already know we must effect this procedure
through the High Court here in Nigeria, specifically
in Abuja as this is where we know these scammers to
be located. Infact Barrister Nwadu is on his way now
to Abuja. Therefore the instructions to transferring
the $2250 to us are as follows:
Please send a western union money transfer directly to
the court baliff-
NAME: DIALA O. CHRISTOPHER
ADDRESS: FEDERAL HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, ABUJA, NIGERIA
Just address it to location:- ABUJA, NIGERIA and send
the transfer details like MTCN and the TEWST QUESTION
AND ANSWER to my email here so I can follow things up.
Barrister NWADU will recieve $1550 from this amount
for his expences and the rest will remain in escrow
until such time as we may need to use it or we will
reimburse you any remaining amount.
Pls remain assured that the information you have
passed on to us will be crucial in capturing these
hoodlums and I am fully aware of your desire to see
this happening. Hopefully by next week, we shall get

What relationship does EFCC have with court when your petition has not been submitted and approved, talking more of investigation and prosecution? Did you ask yourself how your matter could be charged to court to involve a baliff when the criminals have not been arrested and prosecuted by EFCC? EFCC does not act in vain. You did not send any money to anyone known to me, Mr Ribadu. Top officials of the Bauchi State government have lately been enlisting the services of "marabouts" from Niger and Chad Republics for special prayers, reports News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). The officials, including commissioners and permanent secretaries, are said to be frantically seeking prayers over the alleged attempt by the EFCC to link them with a recent N280 million financial scam.

Dear Mr. Ribadu,
Thanks for your email.
I am now convinced that you are indeed the real Nuhu Ribadu.
This fake Ribadu has scammed me for an additional $2250. I hope you
are aware of this. Do you suspect that these could be the same people
that took me for $4200 earlier?
Mr. Christopher Diala Ogbuji or Diala O. Christopher is the name to
which I sent the last Western Union. He was supposedly the court
bailiff. Apparently he is not.

My Love,
Waoh! Is this your apartment? It is beautiful. It is an edifice synonimous to palace. I can't wait to be there. I feel like coming over to the cosy apartment next week to meet you. How do you think?
You are a darlyn and as such cannot hold anything against you. I am involved already by falling in love with you. I appreciate you so much. My love, your apology is welcome.
You are nice to our maid but I hope you are not going to far? I am sounding jealous but suggestive. I hope no one will take my place in your heart? I love you sincerely, my flower.
Darlyn, you refused to treat the suggestion about your assisting me with my airfare and basic travelling allowance(BTA) to come over. I thought you will be there for me when no one else is. My mother have accepted that I should join you as I had to convince her that I had known you for long back to my university days with some financial assistance from you. I have assured my mother that I must travel next week to meet you.
Sweetheart, I cannot wait to meet you. You have won my heart.
True luv,

My precious princess,
How are you? I thank you for your compliments on the house.
I have good news. Seems that the person who told me that Chief Nwadu
was boinking a goat is a liar.
I also have bad news. Seems I've been ripped of for another $2250. I
must seem so stupid to you to allow myself to be taken advantage of in
that way. The real Nuhu Ribadu has convinced me that he is the real
Nuhu Ribadu. You were right all along.
To change the subject, of course I am more than happy to assist you
with your airfare. However, next week may not be the best time for you
to come here. I have to return to my office next week. Unless, of
course, you would like to spend next week with the maid. Actually that
gives me an idea, but we'll talk about that later.
Until you arrive, could you possibly send me a very special picture of
yourself? I would like to see for myself that your boobs are as firm
and as cute as I imagine they are. I would really really really
appreciate it. In fact, I would do anything for a picture of you like
that.
I must go now and take my mind off you now, otherwise, the maid may
not be safe (grin).
I am looking forward to seeing you.
Your lover,
Billy

Dear Honey,
I am feeling hurt about the ugly and painful incident that you experienced days back. God knows why. Now you have to act through me, if ever you want to do anything with someone here in Nigeria.
That aside, I will prefer coming over as already approved by my mum, as any postponment will make her change her mind. Also, that will give me the advantage of assessing my maid before you meet me up in our summer home.
About myself, I am well reserved, preserved and forever intact. My boobs are still very firm and succulent. For your sake, I will snap secret pix regarding your request and send them by courier service to you to avoid sniffers from having knowledge of them as that will spell doom for me as a princess. So, you have to make available $6, 700 to cover my costs of coming over, personal effects/necessaries as well as snapping and sending the pictures to you by courier. I think this amount will take care of everything or what do you think?
If possible, I will like to travel on Monday next week. Once you are through with the bank, mail me so that we can pick up the money and make the pictures ready and couriered by DHL before leaving my country. I hope you are quite sure your wife will not come to the summer home? For I am still a growing girl.
Please send it through the Palace Secretary account information, Ogoni Community Laison Office, Lagos:
Mr Augustine Akpojotor Adjoh,
No 1, King Solomon Abonime Way,
Ogba, Lagos.
Test question: Who is princess?
Ans: My love
You have to scan and send the payment slip information to me.
Darlyn, you can't take your mind away completely from your flower. The maid cannot affect our luv. I need you.
I am hungry of meeting you soon.

Sir,
We are determined to serve you by clamping down on the financial criminals. We however, regret your ordeal in their hands but they will never go unpunished.
We are suspecting that they might be the same people. It is interesting to inform you that Chief Nwadu had withrawn the petition he submitted in your behalf and as such we cannot act on nothing. We only act via petitions submitted to this office. When we receive your petition, we will act and reimburse you accordingly. We are prepared to assist you anytime you are ready.
Yours faithfully,

My dear princess,
It's always great to hear from you.
Unfortunately, something has come up of a personal nature. There is no
need for me to trouble you over this right now but I'll let you know
soon. Rest assured that it has nothing to do over our relationship and
my love for you.
For now, I must return home immediately, at least for a day or two.

Dear Princess,
Great to hear from you.
Everything is fine. I just needed to visit the bank today to have the
limit raised on my line of credit. It seems I've been going through
quite a bit of money lately and I find myself needing a much higher
limit than I presently have. This should be completed sometime
tomorrow (Friday).
I shall be returning to Vermont tomorrow evening but I'll have to be
back in Boston on Monday as I have several meetings to attend. I
assume that you will be arriving at JFK sometime on Tuesday. Please
enlighten me of your flight itinerary.
I will send the requested amount to you either tomorrow or Saturday.
Will this be okay with you?
I shall await your reply.
Your anxious lover,
Billy

I wasn't sure what I was going to do with an email that I had received
two days ago. It is obvious to me that it was not sent by Chief Nwadu
but by an obvious fake. Of course, I did not send him any money. I
have learned to spot the obvious scammers thanks to you, kind Sir.

Subject: Our maid's big secret
Dear Princess,
I almost forgot to tell you. I finally found out what's with our maid.
She told me that she is being accused of robbing and murdering a
pastor up in Canada. Of course, she denies doing this and, frankly, I
believe her. She certainly doesn't seem capable of such a crime. She
is a very sweet and gentle young woman.
I just thought I'd pass this on to you.
All my love always,
Billy
