Subject: CRY FOR HELP
The Palace of King of Ogoni Kingdom,
Ogoni Oil producing community,
Rivers State Nigeria.
Dear Sir,
I am Princess blessing , daughter of HRH King Solomon
Abonime, the king of Ogoni Kingdom. I am 25 years old
and a graduate of Mass Communication.
My father was the king of Ogoni Kingdom the highest
oil producing area in Nigeria. He was in charge of
reviving royalties from the multi-national oil
companies and government on behalf of the oil
producing
communities in Nigeria. After the hanging of the
Ogoni Nine(9) including Ken Saro Wiwa by the late
dictator General Sani Abacha, my father suffered
stroke and died in August27th 2004 last year. But before
his death, he called me and told me he has Twenty
Three Million Five
Hundred and Sixty Thousand Dollars
(USD23,560,000.00) cash in his possession, specially
deposited in a Security Bank here.
He advised me not to tell anybody except my mother who
is the last wife of the (8) eight wives that he
married. My mother did not bear any male child for
him. Which implies that all my father’s properties,
companies e.t.c., we have no share in them because my
mother has no male child according to African
Tradition. My father therefore advise to contact his lawyer for
the relevant documents of the said money, and told me
that I should use this money with my mother and my
younger sisters because he knows that tradtionally, if
he dies we cannnot get anything, as inheritance.
He importantly advised me that I should seek for foreign
assistannce and that I should not invest this money
here in Nigeria because of his other wives and male
children who happen to be my elders. I am soliciting
for your immediate assistance to get a Bungalow for
us, where I will live with my mother and two younger
sisters and further advise me where and how I will
invest the balance money overseas, possibly on
products of your company and other profitable
ventures.
I believe that by the special grace of God, you will
help us move this money out of Nigeria to any country
of your choice where we can invest this money
judiciously with you. You are entitled to a
reasonable part of this money based on our agreement,
and God will bless you as you help us.
PLease reply through my e-mail xxxxxxxxx@yahoo.co.in
Looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.
Regards.
Princess blessing Abonime .

I am William Clubb of Peabody, Massachusetts and I am humbled that you

I see that you are a graduate of Mass Communication but I'm not
familiar with that institution. I once attended the University of Mass

I admit that I am confused by your request for assistance in getting a

realtor in this matter.
I would be happy assist you in liberating your fortune to my country
if that's what you need. However, I would ask that you would keep this

would never approve of me assisting you in this venture. Also, I want

I am looking forward to your reply, Princess.

It is nice to hear from you again. Please feel free to call me Billy.
I apologize for not returning your email sooner. Unfortunately you
have caught me at a very busy time.
Sending these documents to me is fine but I don't think my wife would
appreciate strange packages turning up at our doorstep. As I mentioned
earlier, I definitely do not want my wife or anyone else knowing about
our affairs. However, you can send these documents to me at my office
if you wish. I'm certain that my office staff won't snoop.
Alternately, if they are simply for my records, you can simply scan
them and email them to me.
My address at work is:

I would rather you did not telephone me at home in case my nosy wife

Please find attached a scan of my passport.
I would like to take this opportunity to respectfully request

appreciated.
I remain puzzled over your request of me to look for a bungalow. Where
would you be looking to relocate?
I am very much looking forward to your next email.

Dear Mr. Soludo,
It is my understanding that the funds belonging to Princess Blessing
Abonime are in The Netherlands. Is this correct? Also, am I to
understand that these funds are to be deposited into my bank account
here in the U.S.?
You realize, of course, that a transaction of this magnitude would be
reported to the IRS by my bank and I would be hard pressed to explain
why it shouldn't be subject to taxation. And I'm certain that the
princess wouldn't want this either. The IRS would require that I paid
the withholding tax on it prior to any of the funds being released.
If the funds are indeed in Holland, it would be much better if I
travelled there to retrieve the consignment. Don't you think so?
I will await your reply.

Dear Mr. William (Billy) Clubb,
I obviously know what you are saying but you do not understand me. You should realize the fact that you have been dealing with the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). I am only acting on the instructions received from the Foreign exchange Allocation Approval from the Office of the Accountant General of the federation and the international Remittance director; requesting me to issue Legal clearance certificate and payment procedure.
I believe that a contract was executed with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), the process of approval has passed from the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation to the Federal Ministry of finance before the Central bank of Nigeria whom I represent. If is your partner, you have to find out certain things concerning the contract. The issue of IRS and taxation has nothing to do with me, it has to be discussed with your partner and it is not my duty to tell you to travel to the Netherlands or not. For good ness sake I am not your partner.
I have issued instructions for the release of your funds after the fulfillment of your statutory obligation and you complained of wrong account; I have also given you the opportunity to reconfirm your account. Why making me look incompetent?
We humbly request you to reconfirm your nominated account and pay your telex charges to enable us carry out the assignment effectively. It is also important to not that to understand that the US Government MUST charge and deduct through the IRS 20% - 34% of the total amount.
We reassure you of our commitment in this matter.
Thanks for your understanding.

Dear Charles,
Good news. It looks like I'll be able to get most of next week off.
I plan to fly to Luxembourg Tuesday evening and arrive there sometime
Wednesday. I hope to have an account set up there by Friday. This will
give me next Friday and Saturday to deal with everything in Amsterdam.
I think that maybe the Princess may be joining me in Europe. That
would be great don't you think? Maybe I'll get lucky next week.
I shall contact Matt Neumann and let him know that I will be in
Amsterdam in about a week.
Regards,
William R. Clubb

Dear Billy,
Thank you very much for your email. Please note that i would have loved to meet with you in Amsterdam but the fact is that my mum is ill and even if i decide fly to Amsterdam, i do not have the (B.T.A ) Basic Treavlling Allownace fees which is one of the laws stipulated by the Federal Government of my country to any traveller.
Further more, please take care of our transaction very well and let me know of the outcome as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Princess.

Attn: Billy Clubb
Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: FINAL NOTICE
The attention of this office has been drawn to your lackadaisical attitude towards the fulfillment of your statutory obligation (Charges). I am directed to inform you that you have up to 7 (seven) working days starting from today, 14th April to pay your outstanding charges to the appointed agent or have your fund suspended indefinitely.
This action will be done without further notice. Let me seize this opportunity to inform you that any decision taken by this office after the expiration of this notice remain binding to the fund and no financial institution or Government can revert.
We regret to inform you that we cannot deduct since your entire amount has been insured by the paying authority and the said charges did not emanate from this office, more so it is against the World Bank regulations on "Account on hold".
Your urgent action is highly needed to enable us credit your nominated bank account and update our records.
You have been warned.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Yours Faithfully,
CC: Charles Soludo
