My name is Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Williams a Citizen of the from Kuwait, I am a 53years old woman, I am diagnosed of Cancer of the Larynx and it is terminal, medical science can not do anything for me at this stage. I believe in miracles because I believe in GOD; however I prefer to pass on at this stage since I am bed ridden and in constant pain. Before this happened my business and concern for making money was all I lived for, I never really cared about other values in life. But since my present situation, I have found a new desire to assist helpless families. I have been helping orphans in orphanage/motherless homes. It's important to note that any real people or legitimate organizations mentioned in these scam e-mails have absolutely no connection with this scam! The scammers never use their real names. They frequently take on the identity of real people to help them convince you that they are genuine.

There are many different types of 419 scam (examples) but they all promise you something (fortune, job with salary / commision, low-interest loan, lottery prize, cheap gold dust / diamonds, work visa, etc.) in return for a small 'fee' or some kind of remittance. Of course, there is no fortune, no job, no loan, no prize to be had. It's just a ploy to get you to willingly send them money.
