-- Dear Friend,
I
am Padung Limcharoenrat ,the personal assistant to Thaksin Shinawatra,
the deposed prime minister of Thailand and owner of Manchester City
football club in England.
My Boss Mr Thaksin Shinawatra
deposited the sum of $68 Million United States Dollars in a security
company here in Spain,i am contacting you to assist in repatriating the
money which we deposited in a security company here in
Spain,i am the only one who knows about this deposit which my boss has
long forgotten because of the numerous problems he had with the
military junta in Thailand.
However, i decided to contact you
because we are seeking a partner to stand as beneficiary who will
make claims for the funds,as i want you to stand as the new beneficiary
as this deposit was made by me on behalf of my boss and i now want to
resign and therefore need a partner to help me retrieve this funds so
you can help me invest this funds in your country afterward, and you
will get 30% of the funds.
Thaksin, who is ethnically Chinese
and from the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai, made his fortune in the
technology business. His first successful venture was in the 1980s when
he sold IBM computers to the police department where he once was an
officer.
He made the bulk of his money after he obtained
government concessions in the telecommunications industry, including a
license for a cellphone network just as that technology became popular.
I
need you to stand as beneficiary as my boss is currently having
problems with the Thai Government and is currently living in England .
Populist
and opinionated, Thaksin expanded his business to satellites, airlines
and television broadcasting before he entered politics in the 1990s.
When
he became prime minister in 2001, he revolutionized Thai politics by
focusing his platform on rural and poor voters in a country where
two-thirds of the population live outside cities.
During his
five years in power, he rankled the Thai elite with his populism and
stoked the fires of Muslim insurgencies in southern Thailand with his
tough, uncompromising stance. And he was accused by human rights groups
of encouraging the extrajudicial killings of thousands of suspected
drug dealers.
By the time he was ousted in the military coup by
the Military Junta in Thailand, he was still admired by farmers and
laborers, but generally despised by the intelligentsia and moneyed
elite. http://66.102.9.104/search?q=cache:PxOCi9wVSzYJ:www.iht.com/articles/2007/06/21/sports/thaksin.php+who+owns+manchester+city&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1 I have all the necessary information/documents for this transaction.
Therefore, if my reguest is granted, please get back to me through my private e-mail: padung666@yahoo.co.uk
Best regards,
Padung Limcharoenra 0034-606856418

This is just a small sampling of the
many hundreds of advance fee fraud e-mails received each day here at 419 BAITER
headquarters.
There are many different types of 419 scam (examples)
but they all promise you something (fortune, job with salary/commision,
low-interest loan, lottery prize,
cheap gold dust/diamonds,
work visa, etc.) in return
for a small 'fee' or some kind of remittance. Of course, there is no
fortune, no job, no loan, no prize to be had. It's just a ploy to get
you to
willingly send them money.
