It's important to note that any real people or legitimate organizations mentioned in this e-mail have absolutely no connection with this scam!

None of the scammers use their real names.
Sometimes they take on the identity of real people to help them convince you that they are genuine.

As an executor of the Will, I have conducted a search and made money available to those listed in the will, but up till now about 10 of them have not come up to collect their funds either they are dead or cannot be traced till this day.

I am contacting you to stand as one of the beneficiaries so that the funds that have not be claimed, can be paid to you and then, I will come over for sharing,the total amount is ($5,500.000 ) five million five hundred thousand us dollars I have made all the arrangement before contacting you. There are many different types of 419 scam (examples) but they all promise you something (fortune, job with salary/commision, low-interest loan, lottery prize, cheap gold dust/diamonds, work visa, etc.) in return for a small 'fee' or some kind of remittance. Of course, there is no fortune, no job, no loan, no prize to be had. It's just a ploy to get you to willingly send them money.
