with a solution to a money transfer.

represents the balance of the total contract Value Executed on behalf
of Department by a foreign contracting firm, which we the officials
over-invoiced deliberately, of which the actual sum has been paid.
Should
you be willing to assist us in the transaction? Your share of the sum
will be 25% of the $38.5million, 70% for us and 5% for taxation and

with this scam!
The scammers never use their real
names.
They frequently take on the identity of real people to help them
convince you that they are genuine.
Whatever these scammers tell you, DON'T
believe a word of it!!!

There are many different types of 419 scam (examples)
but they all promise you something (fortune, job with salary /
commision,
low-interest loan, lottery prize,
cheap gold dust / diamonds,
work visa, etc.) in return
for a small 'fee' or some kind of remittance. Of course, there is no
fortune, no job, no loan, no prize to be had. It's just a ploy to get
you to
willingly send them money.
