I was told by My doctor that I was poisoned and has got my liver
and can only live for some months.I inherited some money (£4.5 Million Pounds)
from my late Husband and I cannot think of anybody trying to kill me
from my step mother in order to inherit the money, she is an Canadian

There are many different types of 419 scam (examples)
but they all promise you something (fortune, job with salary /
low-interest loan, lottery prize,
bargain gold dust / diamonds,
work visa, etc.) in return
for a small 'fee' or some kind of remittance. Of course, there is no
fortune, no job, no loan, no prize to be had. It's just a ploy to get
willingly send them money.
If you receive one of these scam mails, simply delete it as you would any other spam mails.
