 I am Valentino Vieira from Guinea Bissau the son of the late President Joao Bernardo Nino Vieira the former head of state of the republic of guinea Bissau who was assassinated by the military up rising between the mutiny soldiers fighting to over come the government of my father on black February 23 2009 in which my father was murdered along with his political companions by the odious political enemies of my father.In line with this developments I write to solicit your assistant to effect the claim of the sum of ($27.5 million) (Twenty Seven million Five hundred million USD) to transfer them to your country for investment purposes and settle in your country with your professional advise.
 
Just recently my family attorney drew my attention to my fathers will in which he specifically informed me of the sum of ($27.5 million) which my father deposited in one private security finance company which he deposited in June 17 2000.He specifically deposited them on my name as the only signatory to the fund.
